Job Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist – RPO (Automotive & Manufacturing)

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment, especially in the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors, with hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, and HR partners.
Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business structure, talent needs, and challenges to align hiring strategies accordingly.
Consult with hiring managers regularly to provide recruitment insights, market trends, and hiring solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for sourcing strategy, recruitment processes, and issue resolution.
Lead end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for mid to senior-level positions.
Utilize Gen AI tools, job boards, Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and internal databases to create hiring campaigns and build talent pipelines of active and passive candidates.
Drive governance and compliance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, recruitment processes, and policies.
Perform regular reporting and analysis of recruitment metrics, candidate pipeline status, and hiring progress for both clients and internal leadership.
Organize and lead weekly/monthly/quarterly governance calls with clients to review performance and share recruitment insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate changes in processes, project updates, and value-added services.
Display agility in headhunting specialized and niche talent for critical roles in Manufacturing and Automotive sectors.
Manage recruitment risks by staying informed about market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
Job Requirements: Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience:5+ years in RPO, search firms, or in-house recruitment, preferably with a focus on Automotive, Manufacturing, or Engineering industries.
Candidates with a passion to learn and strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Desired Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven expertise in hiring for Manufacturing and Automotive sectors (MUST).
Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing techniques.
Strong headhunting skills for passive and hard-to-find talent.
Experience using ATS systems, CRM tools, and advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to analyze recruitment data and deliver insights to improve hiring strategies.
Highly organized with strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-driven.
