  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across digital and traditional channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms to generate insights and improve ROI.
  • Oversee content creation (blogs, case studies, social media posts) and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to maximize campaign effectiveness and cost efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably within the professional services or B2B sector.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, email, social media.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B marketing or management consulting sector.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and advanced segmentation techniques.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and customer behavior in India.
