Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Total 6-8 years of experience across technology, business operations and business consulting roles of which 2-4 years are consulting/advisory experience in analytical and digital transformation engagements with Tier-1 consulting firms. Deep domain expertise is at least one domain/industry - Financial Services, Retail, CPG, Tech., Industrials.
  • Ability to identify client problem statements through client conversations and assessment of current state. Hypothesize on various root causes and drivers for the problem statements and create solutions, value propositions for clients based on broad industry trends, GTM materials and work with sales teams to monetise these solutions.
  • Work closely with client counterparts to establish a long-term vision, objectives, and strategies. Play a role in shaping and creating future client processes and organizational structures, complete with transformation roadmaps.
  • Host requirements workshops involving a team of global business and technical experts and subject matter specialists, translating these requirements into actionable project initiatives with relevant metrics.
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze and draw insights from quantitative and qualitative data. Ability to deliver artefacts such as business process models, insights from user workshops.
  • Efficiently translate concepts into a variety of artifacts that lead to a clear understanding of the business solutions through compelling stories.
  • Develop processes that are in line with industry best practices. Share knowledge with the client and their support teams at all stages of the project.
  • Act as “go to” with in-depth knowledge of process design best practices and standards. Use
  • research-related services, theories, and methods to support your recommendations.
  • Ensure effective communication, maintain high satisfaction levels, and provide and receive regular feedback within the team and with consultants even in challenging situations.
  • Take the lead in business presentations, delivering creative concepts and introducing novel and innovative ideas to both internal and external clients.
  • Provide guidance & create best practices and frameworks to design, implement and sustain effective data driven analytics solutions and Business development, growth initiatives.
  • Experience in managing an offshore team and manage client interaction on multiple project streams, report on team’s utilization, call out success metrics risk and KPIs.
  • Establish a position of thought leadership, both internally and externally.
  • Optional - Hands on experience in data cleansing, statistics, data mining, predictive analysis, and other data analysis techniques to extract insights from complex data sets.


Required Experience:

  • Strong process modelling experience (reviewing existing processes and isolating opportunities; organization/conducting process workshops; gathering inputs; compiling future state process models etc.)
  • Demonstrated expertise in comprehending, analysing, and defining business capabilities.
  • Quick learner, adaptable and very comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to self-manage, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively influence a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Proven experience and comfort leading meetings with multi-country clientele with strong functional, technical, or business backgrounds (in-persons and virtual)


Desired Experience:

  • Prior management consulting/advisory experience in Big 4 firm, business consulting units of large IT firms or data analytics firms
  • C-level presentation experience & prior experience working for Fortune 100 companies.
  • Agile Project Management experience
  • Design for Platform/Digital Transformation
  • Experience with CRM, MarTech and Service platforms
