Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets as per the Annual Business Plan (ABP) for BCD products (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, BMS, etc.)
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC and BMS market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Consultants, MEP Contractors, Architects, PMC, and Facility Managers
  • Prepare and deliver techno-commercial proposals and presentations to clients
  • Liaise with internal technical teams to offer customized HVAC/BMS solutions
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines
  • Ensure timely order booking, delivery coordination, and payment collection
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and technical forums to enhance visibility

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC systems, chillers, BMS, or related building services
  • Strong network with consultants, contractors, and developers in the construction/infrastructure segment
  • Good technical understanding of chilled water systems, VRF/VRV, BMS, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a target-driven environment
