Job Description

Divyanshi Aviation Services, a leading name in the aerospace sector, is looking for a dynamic and strategic HR professional to join us as Senior HR Executive/Assistant Manager – HR (Business HR Role). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving HR excellence across talent management, engagement, and compliance functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Drive end-to-end recruitment, particularly for technical and non-technical roles in aerospace consumables.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure smooth induction and exit processes while maintaining compliance and documentation.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to improve employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate annual and mid-year reviews, support goal setting, and performance development planning.
  • Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps, propose training programs, and evaluate effectiveness post-delivery.
  • Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure alignment with labor laws and AS9120 standards.
  • Employee Relations: Address grievances, foster communication between teams and management, and promote a healthy work environment.
  • HR Analytics: Monitor HR metrics like attrition, engagement, and recruitment data and report insights to senior leadership.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Support payroll, incentive plans, benefits programs, and recognition schemes.
  • Cultural Building: Help embed a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with company values.

Required Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldMaster’s in HR or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to business HR, recruitment, and engagement functions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
