Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a leading pharmaceutical company in Nahur, Mumbai. The ideal candidate with experience in end-to-end HR lifecycle management of sales people within the manufacturing industry, will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management within the manufacturing domain. You will act as a trusted advisor, employee advocate, and change agent to drive HR initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Support:
• Partner with business leaders to understand and support strategic objectives.
• Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business growth and employee engagement.
• Talent Management:
• Lead the implementation of talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies tailored to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and employee development plans.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Foster a positive work culture by addressing grievances and driving engagement initiatives.
• Compliance and Policies:
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and company regulations specific to the pharmaceutical sector.
• Update policies to reflect industry trends and legal requirements.
• Training and Development:
• Identify skill gaps and design training programs to bridge them.
• Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
• HR Operations:
• Collaborate with the HR team to manage payroll, benefits, and HR systems.
• Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to track progress on key initiatives.
• Change Management:
• Drive change initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and adaptability.
• Act as a change champion for implementing new HR technologies and processes.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 2–8 years in field HR in hiring sales people within the manufacturing industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR practices and compliance.
• Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR tools, analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution expertise.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to handle operational tasks.
