The company is seeking an Assistant Manager/Consultant to join their team in Bangalore and Chennai. You will be responsible for various HR activities, including year-end processes, performance improvement plans, employee engagement, R&R programs, and HRMS data management. Your main responsibilities will include leading and supporting year-end performance reviews, managing the Performance Improvement Plan process, driving performance development initiatives, facilitating moderation discussions, planning employee engagement activities, overseeing Rewards & Recognition programs, providing guidance on HR policies, and acting as a strategic partner to business leaders. To qualify for this role, you should have 3-6 years of relevant HR experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
