Role Description

This is a full-time role for an AI/ML Developer, based on-site in Ahmedabad. The AI/ML Developer will work on designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. Day-to-day tasks include developing software applications, conducting research on pattern recognition and neural networks, and performing tasks related to Natural Language Processing (NLP). The developer will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure the successful deployment and integration of AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world problems.
• Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Backend) to integrate AI/ML solutions.
• Conduct experiments and performance tuning of ML models.
• Stay updated with the latest research and development in AI/ML.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of Supervised and Unsupervised Learning algorithms.
• Experience with data visualization and tools like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib.
• Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Jupyter, Google Colab, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of model deployment and REST API integration is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant AI/ML development experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
