Role Overview: We’re looking for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic Account Executive Intern/Fresher who will assist in day-to-day accounting operations. You’ll work with senior professionals and gain insights into real-time financial management in the pharmaceutical export industry. Key Responsibilities: 📑 Data Entry: Record daily transactions in accounting software 📁 Invoice Management: Assist in preparation of sales/purchase invoices and reconciliation 💼 Vendor & Client Coordination: Help maintain ledgers and follow up on payments 📊 Reporting Support: Assist in preparing reports using Excel and PowerPoint 📚 Documentation: Organize and manage finance-related documents and records ✅ Audit Support: Help with documentation required for internal and external audits Requirements: 💻 Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 📘 Basic knowledge of accounting principles (Tally knowledge is a plus) 🧠 Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn 📈 Passion for numbers, finance, and analysis 🕴️ Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to take initiative 🎓 B.Com/BBA/M.Com students or recent graduates preferred Show more Show less
