POSITION: INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - LATAM MARKETS


Role Description:

Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Nicaragua, Haiti and many more of LATAM countries


The International Business Development professional will be responsible for conducting market research, communication, and sales activities to support the company's expansion and market access strategies.

A Square Remedies Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic pharmaceutical company based in Ahmedabad, Hong Kong, and Moscow, specializing in launching multinational companies (MNCs) into highly regulated markets with strategic precision.


Key Responsibilities:

International Business Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to expand the company's international presence.
  • Identify new markets, assess market potential, and formulate market entry strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.

Tender Handling:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of tender submissions, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare high-quality tender documents, including pricing, technical specifications, and regulatory compliance.

B2B Sales:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing international clients, including pharmaceutical wholesalers, distributors, and governmental agencies.
  • Drive sales growth through proactive client engagement, negotiation, and contract renewals.
  • Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company's product portfolio and market reach.

Distributor Management:

  • Identify and evaluate potential distributors, both regionally and globally, to establish strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and implement distributor agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to distributors to optimize their performance and market penetration.
  • Lead initiatives to penetrate new markets and segments, leveraging insights from market research and competitive analysis.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, promotional activities, and product launches tailored to international markets.

Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:

  • Ensure adherence to international regulatory requirements, quality standards, and ethical practices in all business activities.
  • Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to obtain necessary approvals and certifications for product registration and import/export processes


Qualifications

  • International Business Development and International Business skills
  • Market Research ability
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Sales experience is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field
