Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications. Design and implement workflow automation, including custom functions and Zoho Flow integrations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored Zoho solutions. Integrate Zoho applications with third-party APIs and systems. Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Zoho. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues in Zoho applications. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Zoho environment. Provide technical support and training to internal teams and end-users. Continuously evaluate new Zoho features and products and make recommendations to improve business operations. Document development processes, code changes, and solutions. Requirements: Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho tools. Strong knowledge of Zoho Deluge scripting language, Zoho Flow, and Zoho API integration. Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs. Ability to work with databases and SQL queries. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of data security, user permissions, and workflows within Zoho applications. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). Preferred Skills: Zoho certification (e.g., Zoho CRM Developer or Zoho Creator Developer) is a plus. Experience with Zoho Analytics and reporting tools. Experience with integrating Zoho with third-party tools like Google Apps, Microsoft Office 365, or other CRM platforms.
