🌟 Voluntary Mentor – IT Freshers Project Mentorship (Part-Time)

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Guide cross-functional intern teams in planning, executing, and completing their assigned projects
  • Offer technical insights, architecture advice, and workflow suggestions
  • Foster collaboration between software, web, DevOps, and design participants
  • Provide feedback on code quality, design layouts, deployment strategies, and documentation
  • Help interns resolve blockers, adopt tools (Git, Docker, Figma, etc.), and maintain project momentum
  • Participate in brief virtual sync-ups or reviews weekly
  • Encourage a learning mindset and professional work ethic in mentees

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience

    in Software, Web Development, DevOps, or Graphic Design
  • Hands-on knowledge of project-based collaboration and deployment
  • Strong communication and mentorship skills
  • Familiarity with modern dev tools and agile workflows
  • Passion for teaching, coaching, and team-building
  • Prior mentoring or team lead experience is highly desirable
