As a mentor, you'll help teams comprising Sales Interns, Solar Design Engineers, Business Developers, and Marketing Executives collaborate on impactful initiatives aimed at promoting clean energy and sustainable solutions.

This is a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the growth of green talent, share your industry wisdom, and build leadership credentials.

Responsibilities

• Guide intern teams on solar project planning, system sizing, proposal making, and customer interaction
• Offer insights on B2B solar sales, lead generation, and client pitching strategies
• Foster collaboration between solar engineers, designers, and sales/marketing interns
• Share best practices on solar software tools (like PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, Excel, etc.)
• Conduct weekly sync-ups or feedback sessions on progress, challenges, and improvements
• Encourage professionalism, performance-based learning, and eco-conscious thinking
• Support mentees in documentation, reporting, and client communication

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in the

  solar industry

  , renewable energy, or a related domain
• Practical knowledge in rooftop/C&I solar design, sales, or project execution
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with modern tools used in the solar sector
• Passion for mentorship, sustainability, and future-ready talent development
• Prior mentoring, training, or team leadership experience is a strong plus
