Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4-6 years of overall experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, including expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance our Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Custom Development:

   Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies.

• Configuration:

   Configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating and modifying objects, Lightning flows, validation rules, and approval processes.

• Integration:

   Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

• Data Management:

   Ensure data integrity by implementing data migration and data cleansing strategies, and manage data modeling, data security, and data backups.

• Technical Documentation:

   Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment plans, and system architecture diagrams.

• Troubleshooting:

   Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, including debugging and performance optimization.

• Best Practices:

   Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and maintaining code quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:

   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Overall Experience:

   4-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

• Salesforce Certifications:

   Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, and familiarity with middleware tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools such as Lightning Flow, and Workflow Rules.
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, including profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools for Salesforce, such as Jenkins or Salesforce DX.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
