Skilled in Google Cloud Speech & Text Services , leveraging Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech for voice interactions and Sentiment Analysis for enhanced customer experiences.
Proficient in CCAI Platform , developing Virtual Agents, Agent Assist, and Contact Center Insights. Strong in Cloud Functions & Webhooks , enabling backend integrations, API handling, and real-time response customization.
