Educational Qualification :

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain Ignition Applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL queries.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
• Ability to support, maintain, and enhance deployed software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Ignition SCADA, PL/SQL, Python, Java
• Any MES, PLC/SCADA
• Develop and Maintain Ignition Applications:
• Hands on experience with Ignition Platform for developing MES dashboards using Vision and Perspective Module
• Design and implement HMI/SCADA applications using Ignition.
• Develop custom Ignition modules and scripts.
• Create and maintain Ignition projects, including the design of windows, reports, and dashboards.
• Integrate Ignition with various industrial control systems (PLCs, DCS etc.).
• Connect Ignition to databases and other data sources.
• Configure and manage OPC servers and other communication protocols.
• Hot fix, upgrade, installation, administration of ignition application
• Have worked upon end to end implementation – right from requirement analysis, mapping these to technical design, development, testing and deployment
• Should have developed interfaces between ignition and ERP (ERP Integration) and shop floor systems
• Should be ignition gold certified Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications or equivalent courses. - Good Communication skills Quick Learner and enthusiastic to learn new technologies and tools Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications Ability to collaborate with team - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
