Job Summary:We are seeking a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Online Brand Marketing Executive to amplify the presence and voice of Ashoka Group's diverse brand portfolio. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive brand visibility and engagement through strategic content collaborations, influencer marketing, and innovative online campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strong coordinator, content ideator, and passionate about presenting our brands uniquely across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Influencer & Content Partner Coordination: Identify, vet, and establish strong working relationships with relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook). Coordinate with influencers and partner companies to conceptualize, develop, and execute compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Manage content calendars for influencer campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality control of all generated assets. Brand Marketing Collaborations & Scouting: Actively scout and identify potential PR opportunities, media features, and cross-promotional partnerships to enhance brand visibility and credibility. Initiate and manage social media collaborations with complementary brands or organizations. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new brand marketing avenues and strategies. Unique Content Idea Generation: Brainstorm and develop fresh, innovative, and engaging content ideas specifically tailored for brand marketing across various social media channels. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., design, sales, operations) to gather insights and develop content themes that resonate with our target audiences (e.g., potential franchisees, end-consumers). Ensure all content ideas align with the unique voice, values, and objectives of each individual Ashoka brand. Brand Voice & Online Presence: Consistently ensure that all online content, collaborations, and communications accurately reflect and present the authentic brand voice and identity of Ashoka Group's brands. Assist in maintaining a cohesive and compelling brand narrative across all digital touchpoints. Monitor brand sentiment and engagement metrics to adapt strategies for optimal brand perception. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, content collaborations, and social media initiatives using relevant analytics tools. Prepare regular reports on key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic generated) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of active influencer/partner collaborations and content pieces generated. Reach and engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, saves) for collaborative content. Growth in brand awareness and online mentions. Website traffic / Lead generation attributed to influencer/partner campaigns. Effectiveness of content ideas in driving brand recall and desired actions. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. Experience:1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, social media management, or influencer marketing. Demonstrated experience in coordinating with external partners (influencers, agencies, brands) for content creation and collaborations. A strong portfolio or examples of successful content campaigns managed. Skills: Content Creation & Ideation: Exceptional creativity and ability to generate innovative content concepts suitable for various digital platforms. Digital Marketing Acumen: Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), their algorithms, and best practices for content distribution and engagement. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate terms with influencers and partners. Relationship Management: Proven ability to nurture and maintain professional relationships. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights from social media and campaign performance metrics. Organizational Skills: Strong project management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Brand Understanding: Passion for brand storytelling and a keen eye for maintaining brand consistency and voice.
