Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic growth team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting inbound leads generated through our WhatsApp API CRM system into successful franchise partnerships for Ashoka Group's diverse brand portfolio. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively funnel potential partners and close deals. Key Responsibilities:Lead Management & Qualification:Proactively engage with and manage a high volume of inbound leads received directly through our WhatsApp API CRM. Conduct initial screening calls/chats to qualify leads based on financial capability, interest level, strategic alignment, and understanding of the franchise model. Accurately record and update lead information, interactions, and progress within the CRM system. Consultative Selling & Funneling:Educate prospective franchise partners about Ashoka Group's brands, unique selling propositions, investment models, and support systems. Understand the specific needs and aspirations of each potential partner to effectively match them with suitable franchise opportunities. Guide qualified leads through the sales funnel, from initial inquiry to detailed proposal presentation. Address questions, concerns, and objections effectively, providing clear and concise information. Relationship Building & Follow-up:Cultivate strong relationships with potential franchisees through consistent and professional communication via WhatsApp, calls, and emails. Implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads and maintain engagement. Schedule and coordinate meetings or presentations with senior sales team members or brand heads as needed. Negotiation & Deal Closure:Present franchise proposals and terms to potential partners. Lead negotiations to finalize agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for franchise closures. Facilitate the smooth transition of closed deals to the operations and support teams. Market Intelligence:Gather market feedback and competitive insights from interactions with leads to help refine sales strategies and product offerings. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of qualified leads processed daily/weekly/monthly. Conversion rate of leads to successful franchise closures. Average deal size / Revenue generated from new franchise sales. Adherence to CRM update protocols and data accuracy. Customer satisfaction score from initial interactions. Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience:1-3 years of proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or business development, preferably within the franchise, real estate, education, or financial services sectors. Demonstrated experience in closing deals over the phone/digital channels. Experience working with CRM systems, especially those integrated with messaging platforms like WhatsApp, is a significant advantage. Skills:Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English and [Local Language, e.g., Hindi/Telugu if required for the market], both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively. Strong Negotiation & Persuasion: Proven ability to influence and close deals. Customer-Centric Approach: Genuine desire to understand customer needs and provide solutions. Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and comfortable utilizing digital communication tools like WhatsApp API. Goal-Oriented & Resilient: Highly motivated to achieve targets, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
