1. Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
2. Create and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics3. Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity4. Plan and run paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to drive traffic, leads, and engagement5. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics6. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop platform-specific content7. Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand messaging and marketing goals8. Write creative and engaging captions tailored to each platform9. Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, followers, leads, and conversions10. Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party platforms to report performance11. Provide insights and suggestions for continuous improvement12. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly13. Foster an active and loyal online community through engagement14. Manage online reputation by monitoring reviews and feedback15. Collaborate on influencer campaigns or partnerships to grow reach16. Participate in brainstorming for innovative campaigns and brand initiatives17. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
2. Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills4. Basic knowledge of paid advertising and analytics tools5. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines6. Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
