ServiceNow ITAM & GRC Consultants

Overview:

We are hiring experienced ServiceNow Consultants for immediate start in full-time, permanent roles. These positions focus on two key areas: IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidates will bring hands-on ServiceNow expertise, strong process knowledge, and a proactive mindset. Work hours are aligned with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST).

Position 1: ServiceNow ITAM Process Analyst

Job Summary:

The ServiceNow ITAM Process Analyst will oversee daily IT Asset Management operations, focusing on Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). The role includes responsibility for operational support, data governance, process improvement, and reporting—delivered through the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cover day to day operations of HAM
• Cover day to day operations for SAM
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for configuration and asset management, primarily using ServiceNow.
• Provide regular reports on asset utilization, compliance, lifecycle status, and Configuration & Asset management activities.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with regular audits of the CMDB and asset inventory to ensure data integrity and compliance with policies.
• Support functional and UAT testing requirements for asset and configuration management implementation.
• Assist in delivering training and support to end-users and administrators on configuration and asset management tools and practices.
• Supports the development of process guides, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide technical expertise on infrastructure components such as databases, servers, etc.
• Review new capabilities offered by ServiceNow and articulate how they can enhance processes.
• Facilitate remediation on issues found in the of review imports and integration error logs.
• Review tool upgrades and enhancements to identify and understand the capabilities with impact to ITAM & CMDB.
• Evaluate enhancement requests and alignment to current configuration and process to provide guidance to the Asset and Configuration Control Board and process managers.
• Monitor data health and governance activities.
• Minimal development work.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITAM experience (HAM & SAM).
• Expertise in asset lifecycle management, CMDB, Discovery, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and asset governance practices.
• Proficient in building reports, dashboards, and performing audits.

Certifications (Required):

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management (SAM)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

Position 2: ServiceNow GRC Specialist

Job Summary:

end-to-end implementation and administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, implementation, and support of ServiceNow GRC modules.
• Configure and customize workflows for risk, compliance, and audit functions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver GRC solutions.
• Integrate GRC with other modules (IRM, SecOps, CMDB, etc.).
• Create automated workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure alignment with organizational risk and compliance policies.
• Perform data quality reviews and resolve configuration issues.
• Deliver training, documentation, and user onboarding.
• Evaluate ServiceNow GRC updates and assess business impact.
• Stay informed of regulatory requirements and GRC best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC or IRM.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks
• Proven experience in workflow automation and module configuration.

Certifications (Required):

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC, Risk and Compliance, or IRM
