About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Service Portal pages, widgets, and themes using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Configure ServiceNow modules—Incident, Request, Catalog—to integrate seamlessly with custom portal experiences.
• Create and consume REST/SOAP APIs to connect external systems, ensuring secure and performant data exchange.
• Implement client and server-side scripting, UI policies, and business rules following ServiceNow Best Practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and UX designers to translate requirements into responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and documentation to uphold platform governance and release quality.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years professional experience as a ServiceNow Developer with proven Service Portal deliveries.
• Advanced JavaScript and AngularJS skills; clear understanding of Glide API and UI Script frameworks.
• Hands-on configuring Catalog Items, Flows, and Workflows within ITSM or HRSD scope.
• Solid grasp of REST/SOAP web services, authentication (OAuth, Basic), and JSON/XML payloads.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent certification.
• Strong debugging, version control (Git), and SDLC/Agile exposure.
  

Preferred

• Experience with ServiceNow UI Builder and Next Experience components.
• Knowledge of Performance Analytics or Virtual Agent integrations.
• Familiarity with ATF scripting and automated deployment via CI/CD tools.
