Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic SEO Team Lead to oversee and drive our organic search strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO best practices, a deep understanding of on-page and off-page optimization, and the ability to lead a team of SEO specialists to improve rankings, traffic, and overall online visibility. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective SEO strategies across multiple platforms and websites Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists and content writers Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Provide detailed performance reports and present recommendations to stakeholders Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles for search engines and user experience Collaborate with developers and content teams to implement technical and content-related SEO improvements Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms and SEO trends Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, site speed, mobile usability, and indexing problems Build and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority Ensure best practices are maintained for local SEO, if applicable Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including at least 2-3 years in a team lead or management role Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website development practices (basic technical SEO knowledge) Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or similar Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications: Google Analytics or HubSpot certifications Experience in international or multilingual SEO Understanding of CRO and UX/UI principles Show more Show less
