Content Team Lead

Job Summary We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Content Team Lead to oversee the planning, creation, and execution of compelling content across all platforms. This role is responsible for managing a team of writers, editors, and content creators to produce high-quality, on-brand materials that engage audiences, drive traffic, and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals. Supervise a team of writers, editors, and content specialists. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development support. Review and edit content for clarity, tone, grammar, SEO, and consistency with brand voice. Coordinate and manage content production timelines and ensure timely delivery of assets. Work closely with design, SEO, product, and marketing teams to create integrated content campaigns. Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. Own the editorial calendar and ensure a consistent publishing cadence across platforms. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor content to identify new opportunities and best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in content creation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to lead content strategy and execute across multiple channels (web, blog, email, social media, etc.). Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B or SaaS industries (customize based on your business).
