This is a high-impact role with significant responsibility, offering exposure to both business and technical leadership across the organization. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Implementation

  • Analyze complex business problems and recommend automated system solutions.
  • Configure and implement HR systems, primarily within SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding).
  • Lead unit, integration, and acceptance testing; develop and execute test plans and test cases.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to gather and translate technical requirements into effective solutions.
  • Assess alternative approaches, evaluating risk, impact, and ROI to inform decision-making.
  • Integration & Development

  • Design and manage integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML, OData, and SFAPI.
  • Develop and support integrations via SuccessFactors Integration Center.
  • Implement robust data mapping, transformation logic, error-handling, and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Post-Implementation & Support

  • Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for production support, ensuring timely resolution of issues and a strong customer service mindset.
  • Maintain system documentation, support runbooks, and end-user training materials.
  • Contribute to AMS activities including incident, service request, and problem management (ServiceNow experience a plus).


Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum

    3+ years of experience

    as a Systems Analyst or Engineer within the HR technology domain.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with

    SAP SuccessFactors

    , especially

    Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding

    modules.
  • Proven experience with

    SAP CPI

    ,

    Integration Suite

    ,

    Groovy Scripting

    ,

    OData APIs

    ,

    SFAPI

    ,

    XML

    ,

    REST/SOAP

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    data integration strategies

    ,

    compound employee APIs

    , and

    real-time data processing

    .
  • Demonstrated ability to

    write functional specs

    , interpret complex technical documents, and develop support/training materials.
  • Prior experience in

    Application Managed Services (AMS)

    projects, including operational support processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset and a passion for driving HR innovation through technology.
