## About the Industry & Opportunity
We are a fast-growing *enterprise-software company* in the *cloud solutions & SaaS sector*, building data-intensive platforms that power digital transformation for Fortune 500 clients across finance, healthcare, and retail. With a global delivery model and U.S. customer base, we run a dedicated India night-shift engineering hub to ensure real-time collaboration with North-American product teams.
## Role & Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy *end-to-end web applications* using *.NET 6, C#, Blazor, HTML5/CSS, and Azure SQL* within an agile Scrum environment.

Own *full-stack architecture* decisions, implementing RESTful APIs, SPA front-ends, and database schemas that meet performance, scalability, and security benchmarks.

Apply *CQRS & event-driven patterns* to deliver resilient, maintainable services and micro-front-ends.

Champion *code quality* through automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps.

*Mentor & coach* mid-level engineers, translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and driving knowledge-sharing sessions.

Collaborate directly with U.S. product, UX, and DevOps teams during the *7:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST* overlap window to ensure rapid iteration and release cadence.
## Skills & Qualifications
### Must-Have
-
*7-10 years’* hands-on experience in *.NET 6 / C# full-stack development* (server-side & SPA).

Proven expertise with *Blazor (WebAssembly/Server)*, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, and REST API design.

Strong SQL skills on *Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL*, including performance tuning.

Track record of delivering *Single-Page Applications (SPA)* in an *agile* setting.
-
Ability to *troubleshoot, break down problems, and ship production-ready code* under tight timelines.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills for cross-time-zone collaboration.
### Preferred
-
Exposure to modern JS frameworks (*Angular, React, or Vue*) alongside Blazor.

Experience implementing *Event Sourcing / CQRS* in high-throughput systems.

Familiarity with Azure PaaS (App Service, Functions, Service Bus) and infrastructure-as-code.

Prior leadership in *mentoring*, technical interviewing, or establishing coding standards.

Contributions to open-source .NET projects or active participation in the developer community.

Knowledge of domain-driven design (DDD) and microservices best practices.
