What You'll Do:

• Product Ownership & Vision:

  Take full ownership of key features and modules, from ideation and requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch iteration. You'll contribute significantly to the product roadmap, user stories, and overall mobile strategy.

• Full-Stack Mobile Development:

  Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and robust cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS. This includes writing clean, modular, and well-documented code.

• From 0 to 1:

  Lead the development of new product functionalities and features from the ground up, tackling complex challenges and finding innovative solutions to bring our vision to life.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA to translate mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect, intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences.

• Performance Optimization:

  Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal app speed, responsiveness, and memory usage across a wide range of devices.

• Native Module Integration:

  Leverage native modules when necessary to achieve platform-specific functionalities and optimize performance where React Native might not suffice.

• API Integration:

  Seamlessly integrate with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, ensuring efficient data flow and robust communication with backend services.

• Code Quality & Best Practices:

  Champion best practices in mobile development, including code reviews, automated testing (unit, integration, E2E), CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, CodePush, etc.), and maintain a high standard of code quality.

• Stay Ahead of the Curve:

  Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends in the React Native ecosystem to keep our tech stack modern and competitive.

• Mentorship (Optional but Valued):

  Potentially mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.

What You'll Bring:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience

  in professional React Native application development.

• Mandatory experience developing and deploying production-ready mobile applications for both Android and iOS.

  You should be comfortable with platform-specific nuances and build processes (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle).

• Proven experience in owning a product or significant features from 0 to 1

  within a fast-paced environment. This means you've been involved in the entire lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration.

• Demonstrable experience working in a startup environment,

  exhibiting adaptability, resourcefulness, and a strong sense of ownership.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

• In-depth understanding of React Native core principles

  , including component lifecycle, state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, MobX), hooks, and performance optimization techniques.

• Expertise in consuming and integrating with RESTful APIs;

  experience with GraphQL is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

  (Webpack, Babel).

• Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git

  and Git workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).

• Experience with testing frameworks

  such as Jest, React Native Testing Library, and/or Detox.

• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles

  and best practices for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences on both platforms.

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

  to effectively work with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts clearly.

• Experience with

  CI/CD pipelines

  for mobile applications (e.g., Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with
