Position: Senior Python Developer

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Python Developer to join our growing team in Hyderabad. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The focus will be on back-end development, though involvement in front-end tasks may also be required. Experience with Flask is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

l Develop and maintain components of a large-scale cloud-based application built on microservices architecture.

l Contribute to frontend development using React or similar frameworks when needed.

l Own and maintain system components built using Python (with a strong focus on Flask), Java, JavaScript, and Go.

l Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code along with unit and integration tests.

l Integrate and manage third-party APIs with a focus on security and scalability.

l Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and deploy to cloud environments, especially AWS.

l Implement effective logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.

l Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and other agile development practices.

Qualifications and Skill:

l Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

l 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development with mandatory experience in Flask.

l Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Flask (required) and Django (optional).

l Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

l Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and caching mechanisms like Redis.

l Familiarity with Celery for task queues and background job processing.

l Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Git, and API integrations.

l Proficient in cloud services, especially AWS.

l Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.

l Experience with logging and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, ELK Stack).

l Background in system design and handling large-scale applications.

l Experience working with SaaS platforms is an added advantage.

l Comfortable working in Agile environments with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
