Job Description Job Purpose : As the Senior Manager for Video Analytics in the Marketing Vertical, your role is to oversee and drive the implementation of video analytics strategies and initiatives to enhance marketing effectiveness. You will be responsible for leveraging data and insights from video analytics to optimize and improve operational excellence at retail outlet, HSE parameters, customer engagement, marketing campaigns and drive business growth. Responsibilities # ACCOUNTABILITIES ACTIVITIES 1 Execution of Video Analytics Develop a comprehensive video analytics strategy aligned with the marketing objectives and organizational goals. Identify key performance metrics and data sources to track and analyze video performance. Connect with business regularly to understand business requirements and accordingly incorporate in Video Analytics. 2 Video Tracking and Measurement Implement video tracking mechanisms to capture and measure key metrics such as process adherence. Utilize analytics tools and platforms to collect and analyze video performance data. 3 Data Analysis and Insights Analyze video analytics data to derive actionable insights. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns, improve video content, and enhance customer experience. 4 Vendor management and implementation Collaborate with the vendor to implement and monitor data-driven insights. Use video analytics to identify areas for feeding business team with gaps and areas of improvement in network. 6 Performance Reporting Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate analytics findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders. Provide actionable recommendations for optimizing video strategies and improving marketing outcomes. 7 Interpretation of Video Metrics Analyzing video metrics accurately and deriving actionable insights. Qualifications Educational Qualifications & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field Specialization in data science / Analytics Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience: 10 to 12 years of relevant experience Specialization in Data Science / Analytics, python, Advance Excel. Strong knowledge of Video Analytics techniques, including object detection, tracking, recognition, and behaviour analysis. Proficiency in analysing large volume of video data, extraction actionable insights, and presenting findings through visualizations. Expertise in applying machine learning algorithms and frameworks to develop models of video analysis and pattern recognition. Show more Show less
