Deliver functional and Non-functional test cases, analysis of test results with conclusions and recommendations. • Own Application quality through inception, design, development, stage, and launch phases • Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure peer reviewed tests meet specifications and customer’s intended use. • Self-motivated, ability to work in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision. • Work with QA manager and leads, provide accurate information, and support data-driven decision making. • Conduct exploratory, smoke/sanity, functional, API, performance, load stress and regression testing using manual or automated tests. • Create and innovate meaningful automated solutions (including manual) that exercise real-world usage, improve software quality and operational productivity. Such as Integrating QA automation in CI/CD deployment pipeline. • Provide guidance, team support, technical leadership/mentoring, effective collaboration, provide accurate and constructive feedback, navigate competing priorities, meet deadlines, analyze and identify risks, and resolve challenging issues. • Build domain knowledge, cut through ambiguity, lead reviews, presentation, implement QA metrics, drive data-based decisions, apply best QA practices. • Align to company goals, adhere to department processes, standards and perform duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • 6+ years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer/Leader in Automation and frameworks, and 3+ years in leading and driving, teams, effective continious improvement, supportive coaching/mentorship. • Experience in decomposing and understanding complex SW requirements, specifications, and technical designs to provide timely and meaningful feedback. • Working experience with test automation tools and scripting languages • Experience in CI/CD infrastructure, managing tests and, familiar with GitLab, Travis/Jenkins • Knowledgeable in Agile SDLC and QA approaches and methodologies as applied to white and black box testing. • Experience in using TestRail, Jira, and tools such as Jmeter, BlazeMeter, Testim or Selenium • Exposure to web technologies including HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and REST APIs • Experience in using SQL database, non-SQL is a plus. • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is a must.
