Job Title: Salesforce Lead Consultant – Sales Cloud Locations: Bhubaneswar / Pune / Bangalore Experience: 3–5 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We’re looking for a Salesforce Lead Consultant – Sales Cloud to join our team in Bhubaneswar, Pune, or Bangalore . This role is ideal for a Salesforce expert who thrives on delivering scalable CRM solutions, enjoys mentoring others, and is confident working across development, integration, and deployment layers of Salesforce. You’ll lead the full lifecycle of Sales Cloud implementations while setting best practices in development, integration, and DevOps. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations. Design and configure key modules: Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Activities, Reports, Dashboards . Customize and develop on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows , and Validation Rules . Build and maintain robust integration strategies with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs , middleware, and third-party platforms. Set up and manage DevOps pipelines , version control, and deployment strategies for Salesforce projects. Establish and enforce Salesforce development best practices , coding standards, and scalable design patterns. Ensure high data quality, integrity, and platform security. Provide user training, documentation, and post-deployment support. Mentor junior Salesforce developers and consultants What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud . Proven leadership in Salesforce implementation projects . Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL , and Salesforce APIs . Solid experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools). Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools and deployment pipelines (CI/CD). Salesforce certifications (especially Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant ) are highly desirable. Strong communication and client interaction skills. Open to working from Bhubaneswar, Pune, or Bangalore office with hybrid flexibility. Why Join Us?
