As our next Team Leader, under limited supervision you’ll be responsible for recruiting training and mentoring a team of sales professionals. Ensuring growth of the Team and the business overall. Key Responsibilities o Recruit, train & mentor a team of sales professionals. o Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and performance evaluations. o Manage sales targets, objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team. Customer relationship management o Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. o Address customer issues and escalations promptly and effectively. o Identify and raise any process gaps impacting customer experience. Reporting & analytics o Review team and individual sales reporting to track and manage performance against targets. o Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Compliance and regulatory knowledge o Stay informed about the telecommunications industry regulations and compliance requirements. o Ensure the sales team operates within legal and ethical boundaries. o Perform compliance checks on a regular basis. These include call reviews, sales order reviews, account & notes reviews but not limited to these. Qualifications & Experience · Proven experience in telecommunication sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. · Previous experience in sales management or leadership roles. · Strong understanding of sales strategies in B2C and B2B. · Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. · Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. · Knowledge of telecommunications products and services. · Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. · Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. · Adaptability to evolving market conditions and customer needs. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Provident Fund Compensation Package: Yearly bonus Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
