Key Responsibilities: Contact potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and LinkedIn to pitch training courses. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses or IT services (testing, development). Follow up with warm leads and nurture them to closure. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with the operations and training teams for smooth customer onboarding.
