We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive new merchant acquisition for high-value clients. The ideal candidate brings 5 to 7 years of proven experience in onboarding large-scale e-retail accounts and has successfully handled merchant relationships in the e-retail commerce space. Experience in specific sectors like insurance and healthcare can be an added advantage. This role combines strategic sales execution, relationship management, and deep domain expertise across digital payments and acquiring solutions for such e-commerce merchants.
- Experience: 5–7 years in merchant acquisition/sales roles with fintechs, digital payments companies or Merchant acquiring business with banks.
- Industry Exposure: Prior experience managing mid to large accounts in e-retail is preferred and added advantage; working with clients in insurance or healthcare will be highly valued.
- Skills: Strategic account management, stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and commercial acumen.
- Team player and will be able to drive new business opportunities as an Individual contributor reporting to the Sales Director
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce/Technology; MBA preferred but not essential.
- Personality Traits: Self-starter, relationship-oriented, adept at managing complex stakeholders across regions.
