Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Sales & Client Coordination) At NxLin (An Eduplexus Company), we’re committed to expanding our market presence through personalized outreach and relationship-building. We offer innovative products/services and are looking for a dynamic individual to drive growth through direct field engagement, client coordination, and appointment setting. 🎯 Role Summary As a Sales & Marketing Executive (Field), you will be on the front lines—meeting prospects in person, coordinating communications, and scheduling key appointments. Your role bridges marketing strategy and direct sales to nurture leads and convert them into customers. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Conduct regular field visits to meet potential clients, introduce offerings, and build relationships. Identify and engage new business leads via cold outreach, networking, referrals, and events. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to plan campaign tactics and ensure company messaging is consistent. Set up and manage client appointments—from first contact to meeting. Facilitate scheduling, reminders, and follow‑ups. Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and pitches tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts, close sales, and meet or exceed budgeted targets. Track and report KPIs—leads generated, appointments set, sales closed, and forecasts—to management. Conduct market and competitor analysis; provide feedback on trends, price sensitivity, and client preferences. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and local events to cultivate leads and amplify brand visibility. ✅ Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant discipline. Experience in field sales or sales coordination with appointment setting responsibilities. Demonstrated success in generating leads and achieving sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Competence in CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); reporting skills. Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working independently on the field. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory. ⭐ Preferred/Bonus Qualifications Experience in B2B or B2C marketing campaigns or digital marketing. Previous involvement in exhibitions/trade shows or local promotions.
