Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients
  • Manage and close deals in the sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Gather market insights and competitor analysis to inform product positioning

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, PPC)
  • Create compelling content (blogs, case studies, social posts) to drive awareness
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to develop marketing assets
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Represent the company at events, webinars, or trade shows when required

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or marketing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable explaining software products

Nice To Have

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of the IT domain
  • Understanding of sales funnels and marketing automation tools
