Job Summary:

We are seeking a Product Owner to oversee the development of products built with Node.js, React, React Native, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clients, stakeholders, and the development team, ensuring smooth execution of product vision and business objectives. This role will involve end-to-end product lifecycle management, client engagement, requirement gathering, sales strategy execution, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Management:

• Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
• Oversee and guide development teams working with Node.js, React, React Native, and AWS.
• Ensure continuous improvement through user feedback and data-driven decision-making.
• Lead the development of SaaS platforms and mobile applications, ensuring scalability and performance.

Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable product requirements.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase product capabilities.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create user-centric experiences.
• Gather and document requirements specific to SaaS platforms and mobile applications.

Sales & Business Development:

• Spearhead sales strategies by identifying market opportunities and expanding the client base.
• Prepare persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demos for potential clients.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product features and launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners.

Stakeholder Communication & Documentation:

• Maintain clear documentation of product requirements, business cases, and technical specifications.
• Ensure transparent communication between clients, development teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Regularly report progress, KPIs, and insights to leadership teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
• Proven track record of leading products end-to-end, from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of Node.js, React, React Native, and AWS cloud technologies.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements.
• Strong sales acumen and experience in business development, including delivering pitches and presentations.
• Experience in SaaS product development and mobile applications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cloud-native architectures and microservices development.
• Technical background with an understanding of software development processes.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software deployment practices.
• Strong negotiation and contract management experience.
