ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This position is a senior member of the Dynatrace Implementation team that is responsible for rollout and migration from multiple platforms. Ability to lead Dynatrace implementation program with very strong technical knowledge. Deep understanding of Dynatrace build and migration. Exposure to on prem and cloud implementation (AWS and GCP) is a huge plus. Proven experience as a Dynatrace Lead Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of APM and observability concepts. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynatrace for diverse environments (on premises, cloud, hybrid) Experience with planning and executing large scale Dynatrace rollouts including creation of alerting profiles and implementation of custom tags for application grouping. Strong expertise in analysing performance data and identifying performance bottlenecks. Experience in configuring log analytics with Dynatrace. Partner to lead a team on emerging high profile projects and will be considered a subject matter expert and is responsible for meeting the business and technical requirements for the organization's overall objectives. Interpret customer requirements and develop internal requirements and design solutions. Identify solutions based on alternative analysis, providing detailed assessments against requirements (technical, cost, business, security, schedule) as well as establishing baselines. Be responsible for designing & setting up the ingestion of various customer data flows to include pre processing data into a usable format. Be responsible for designing & integrating Dynatrace with a wide variety of data sources and developing associated knowledge objects such as dashboards, reports, alerts for Network Monitoring and Analytics Need to demonstrate a proven history of using Dynatrace to analyse and present systems & network information. Support system integration, test, acceptance, and operations/maintenance during all phases of a program.
