We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. If you’re passionate about driving digital growth and optimizing campaigns, this role is for you! Position Overview: The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other performance channels. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and capable of scaling campaigns to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and sales across all digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Display, YouTube, etc.). Budget Management: Oversee paid media budgets, optimizing ad spends to ensure maximum ROI and effective resource allocation. Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data and make recommendations for continuous improvement and scaling. A/B testing, targeting strategies, and creative optimizations will be key to this role. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.), ensuring that KPIs are met and exceeded. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to develop effective campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new advertising platforms to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the website optimization team to improve landing page effectiveness and user experience. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related role. In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others. Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Excel (or similar). Strong understanding of KPIs and performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Proven ability to optimize campaigns and drive measurable results. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing large-scale digital campaigns. Familiarity with programmatic advertising. Experience in e-commerce or tech-related industries. Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification. Show more Show less
