Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across

    Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube

    , and other platforms.
  • Manage a

    minimum monthly ad spend of ₹2L+ in ecommerce

    and

    ₹1L+ in lead generation

    campaigns.
  • Analyze performance data to improve

    ROAS, CPL, and CPA

    .
  • Perform

    A/B testing

    on creatives, copies, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and dev teams to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain proper

    tracking using UTM parameters, pixel setup, and GTM

    .
  • Provide clear reports with actionable insights.


Must-Have Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

    in running paid ads on Meta and Google.
  • Proven track record of handling:
  • ₹2L+ monthly spend in ecommerce.
  • ₹1L+ monthly spend in lead generation.
  • Strong command of

    Shopify analytics

    and performance attribution.
  • Good communication skills — written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with tools like

    Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

    , and

    Google Data Studio

    .
