Plan and execute ROI-focused paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and property portals.
Optimize funnel performance through rigorous audience segmentation, bid strategies, and creatives.
Own daily budget pacing, CPL, and ROAS targets, delivering qualified leads to the sales team.
Deploy tracking pixels and server-side tagging; maintain clean UTM taxonomy for end-to-end attribution.
Analyze channel metrics in Google Analytics & Data Studio, producing weekly action reports.
Collaborate with content and design teams to iterate landing pages and ad copies for higher conversions.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

2+ years performance marketing for real estate, e-commerce, or high-ticket services.
Hands-on with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Display & Video 360.
Proven track record achieving sub-₹1000 CPL and 4x+ ROAS.
Expertise in GA4, Tag Manager, and conversion API setups.
Strong Excel or Sheets skills for data modeling and forecasting.

Preferred

Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Zoho) and CRM lead routing.
Knowledge of SEO, local search, and content syndication for real estate.
Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
