About the Role:

We are looking for a

Performance Marketer

with a strong grasp of paid marketing strategies across social media platforms to join our fast-growing team. This role demands a data-driven individual with a passion for digital growth, someone who can manage and optimize ad campaigns, track key performance metrics, and drive high-quality traffic and conversions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Create highly targeted and personalized ad campaigns by leveraging audience data, interests, behaviors, and retargeting strategies.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze ad performance regularly to ensure optimal ROI. Optimize campaigns for conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Creative Testing: Work closely with the content and design teams to create compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages. Run A/B tests to determine what resonates best with target audiences.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage paid media budgets effectively, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, advertising platform updates, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with product, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Funnel Optimization: Understand and optimize user journeys, landing pages, and calls to action to reduce bounce rates and improve conversion rates.
  • Growth Strategy: Contribute to the overall digital growth strategy by identifying new channels, partnerships, and tools that can improve performance outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and basic funnel analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with ad tracking, attribution modeling, and third-party marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or related platforms is a plus
