We’re looking for a highly driven Outbound SDR to join our fast-growing AI Interviewer SaaS startup. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, scheduling demos, and nurturing outbound prospects. You'll play a critical role in building a high-quality top-of-funnel pipeline for our sales team.

Requirements


  • 3–5 years of experience in outbound SaaS sales or B2B inside sales
  • Proven ability to run cold outbound campaigns with success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (fluent English)
  • Willing to work night shifts
  • Familiar with CRM tools, outbound email tools, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a growth mindset
  • Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Tech is a plus


Key Responsibilities


  • Research and identify ideal customer profiles (HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, recruitment agencies)
  • Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, cold email, cold calling, and WhatsApp
  • Generate 40–50 high-quality leads/month and set up product demos
  • Should be able to lead the Product demos
  • Maintain and update CRM (e.g., HubSpot or ZohoCRM) with lead status and follow-ups
  • Personalize outreach using tools like Apollo, Lusha, Instantly, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Collaborate with marketing for alignment on campaigns, messaging, and feedback
  • Follow up with leads from webinars, content downloads, and freemium sign-ups
  • Track daily activities, outreach metrics, and conversion rates
  • Continuously learn product updates and competitor positioning to fine-tune outreach
