About the Role

Marketing Generalist

What You’ll Do

Content & Messaging

• Craft content (blogs, case studies, social media, videos) that reflects our values and work. 
• Collaborate with team members to unearth real stories—no fluff, just real outcomes. 

Events & Community

• Own virtual and in-person event strategy (webinars, hackathons, meetups). 
• Partner with internal teams and external communities to build meaningful engagement. 

Campaigns & Branding

• Design and execute marketing campaigns across email, web, and social. 
• Ensure consistency and clarity in messaging across all touchpoints. 

Website & Digital Presence

• Continuously improve our website, keeping it relevant and reflective of our work. 
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize based on insights. 

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with recruitment, client success, and delivery teams to align internal and external narratives. 
• Act as the custodian of the Incubyte voice.
  

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Are a clear, concise communicator with strong writing skills. 

• Are execution-focused: you get things done, and you own what you start. 

• Have 2-5 years of hands-on experience across different areas of marketing. 

• Have worked in or are familiar with B2B tech services or product environments. 

• Are comfortable working in a lean setup and thrive without rigid structures. 

• Have a design sense and are familiar with basic tools (Canva, Figma, etc.). 

• Are curious, humble, and passionate about continuous improvement—like us. 

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory) 

• Experience working with software teams or developer-focused brands. 

• Comfort with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Webflow, etc. 

• An eye for visuals and basic design or video editing skills.

Work Environment
