Role Overview:

Management Trainee in HR with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, This role will be at the forefront of transforming traditional HR practices through data-driven and AI-enabled solutions. Work on projects that explore predictive talent analytics, AI-assisted recruitment, chatbot automation, employee sentiment analysis, intelligent performance management systems and talent management.

This role is designed for early-career professionals who are passionate about HR and technology and want to shape the future of work through innovation and digitalization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR CoEs (e.g., Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards) to identify areas where AI can drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and deploy AI models for talent insights – e.g., attrition prediction, engagement analysis, and workforce planning.
  • Support the implementation and management of AI-powered tools such as chatbots, recommendation engines (for learning & career paths) etc.
  • Assist in data collection, cleaning, and visualization for ongoing HR analytics initiatives.
  • Monitor trends in HR Tech and AI to bring forward-thinking solutions to the HR leadership team.
  • Contribute to the creation / updating of dashboards and automated reporting tools for real-time HR decision-making.
  • Participate in pilot projects, proof-of-concept testing, and vendor evaluations for AI tools in HR.
  • Document best practices, use cases, and learnings for knowledge management.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • B. Tech and MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a premier institute (2025 pass-out) with prior work experience.
  • Background or coursework in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or HR Analytics is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity for data and new technologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in future-of-work, digital HR, or HR transformation initiatives.
