ITW Global Automotive in India has 2 manufacturing facilities in Pune & Chennai and caters to majority of the Auto OEM’s both national and multinational and their tier suppliers.

The opportunity:

Engineer – Maintenance (Assembly Machines): Responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of assembly machines through routine preventive maintenance, timely troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Ensures minimal downtime, supports production efficiency, and upholds safety and quality standards by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What your role would be:

• Maintenance of automated assembly machines, PLC based SPM machines, Spin,/Hot plate welding, added knowledge in Utility maintenance of chiller, Compressor DG.
• Trouble shooting knowledge in assembly machine & PLC base equipment -Omron/Siemens/Delta/Mitsubishi
• Special Preference - Programming and troubleshooting knowledge in 3 axis and 6 axis Robot (Fanuc, Yaskawa, Nachi make)
• Knowledge in IATF 16949/ISO14001/ISO45001/ISO50001
• Maintaining the Maintenance KPI like MTTR/MTBF/OEE
• Responsible for 5S activities in Plant maintenance

What your educational qualification & experience will be:

• Diploma/Degree (BE) (Preferably Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Should have similar experience of 5 to 10 years
