Team Collaboration: Working with internal teams (production, supply chain, warehouse) and external partners (suppliers, carriers, customers). Performance Monitoring: Analyzing logistics performance metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues or challenges that arise within the logistics operations.
