Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is typically required. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Junior Engineers need to be able to analyze data, identify problems, and propose solutions. Proficiency in Engineering Software: Proficiency in relevant software like AutoCAD, CAD, and simulation tools is essential.
