Key Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture & Development:

  Design robust, scalable systems and oversee implementation to ensure delivery of quality solutions across multiple teams.

• Technical Leadership:

  Serve as the go-to technical expert, guiding design sessions, reviews, and architecture decisions.

• Client Engagement:

  Collaborate directly with clients on strategic projects to develop and deliver customized technical solutions.

• Agile Delivery:

  Drive the agile development process, ensuring timely delivery of features while maintaining code quality and performance standards.

• Mentorship & Collaboration:

  Mentor team members, foster a culture of technical excellence, and collaborate across functions including product, support, and DevOps.

• Product Ownership:

  Spearhead the development of new features for SmartFM and contribute hands-on to coding and deployment pipelines.

• System Reliability:

  Monitor and manage production environments to ensure stability, scalability, and optimal performance.

• Innovation & R&D:

  Evaluate emerging technologies and advocate for modern architectural patterns like microservices, APIs, and cloud-native development.

Key Required Skills & Experience

Frontend & Backend Development:

• React, Node.js, Nest.js, AngularJS, C#, .NET, Java/Spring, Python, Go, Swift

Database Expertise:

• MS SQL, T-SQL, MongoDB (schema design, data pipelines, aggregation)

Cloud & DevOps:

• Azure, AWS, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Maven, Gradle, Azure Pipelines

Architecture & System Design:

• Microservices, API-first design, application modernization, cloud-native architectures

Mobile App Development:

• Proven experience with mobile platforms and cross-device compatibility

Development Methodologies:

• Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, test-driven development, performance optimization

Tools & Platforms:

• Experience with IBM StreamSets is a plus

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
