Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop

  Agentic AI solutions

  with advanced NLP capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects – from

  data exploration, model development, validation, deployment, to monitoring and maintenance

  .
• Define and implement AI strategies aligned with product roadmaps and organizational goals.
• Integrate AI features into product offerings in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Build and optimize

  Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  pipelines, leverage

  LLMs

  (e.g., GPT, Claude, PaLM), and explore emerging AI/ML techniques.
• Ensure scalable deployment of models with a focus on

  performance, reliability, and continuous monitoring

  .
• Stay current with latest AI research and incorporate relevant findings into production-grade systems.
• Contribute to architecture design and technical decision-making around AI integration.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in

  Agentic AI

  ,

  Natural Language Processing

  , and

  LLM-based systems

• Strong hands-on experience with

  machine learning frameworks

  such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.
• Experience building

  Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  systems and working with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Proficient in

  model deployment

  , optimization, and real-time inference.
• Familiarity with ML Ops tools and best practices for model lifecycle management.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently.
• Solid programming skills in Python (plus optional: Go, TypeScript, or others).
