Job description We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Product Manager to join our awesome team! As a Product Manager at our company, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, designing the product, getting it executed together with tech team, and delivering product to customers. You will be the owner of topline numbers in the product. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for crypto & payments. Duties and responsibilities Understand customer requirements and feedback Design product specs and requirements for a compelling solution / offering and document with the level of detail and robustness required for seamless execution Drive product execution in partnership with Tech leadership Deliver product to customers and monitor pick up and growth. Collect feedback and refine features Work with tech to modularize product and deliver high quality API documentation & SDKs for developers Manage website and measrure website analytics. Execute strategies to improve Website performance and drive traffic Manage online Communities Own & deliver numbers Measure ROI and KPIs Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement Requirements for the role 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong track record of end-to-end product lifecycle ownership. Deep understanding of customer-centric product development, from ideation and design to execution and delivery. Solid experience in Web3 and crypto technologies, with a focus on innovative financial products. Expertise in payments, particularly cross-border remittances and trade payments within banking or fintech environments. Familiarity with Asia and emerging markets, with insights into regional user needs and regulatory landscapes. Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach and a strong sense of ownership. Proven ability to drive business metrics and deliver measurable outcomes. Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Show more Show less
